Many of us are spending lots of hours at a computer now and every day. This class is designed to counterbalance or counteract the somewhat slumpy posture that many of us adapt while we are at our desk. In this class, we work to restore the curve of the neck (cervical spine), which is often reduced in our poor posture, as well as, open the chest and get the glutes working, which tend to get snoozy when we sit a lot, to strengthen the hips. This is a great class to repeat again and again. Enjoy!
