In this class, you have the opportunity to ask yourself "what do you want from me?" This is a good conversation to be engaged in during any movement practice so that you can take care of yourself. I view this as a self-care practice. And it is practices like these that allow me to then ask the world what it wants from me because I feel I've taken care of myself. Enjoy!
