In this class, I encourage you to actively try less hard. Sometimes in life and on our yoga mats we try too hard to do too much. This class is designed to help you pull back a bit on the effort and allow things to happen more easily. Your body has an inherent intelligence, lean into that as you practice today. Enjoy!
