In this class, we'll work to get 3 muscle groups firing together to help provide more stability and ease of movement. Those muscle groups are the adductors (inner thighs), hamstrings (backs of thighs), and obliques (the middle two layers of abdominal muscles that crisscross the space between the pelvis and ribcage). These muscles share fascial connections and when engaged together, they provide a lot of clarity to our movements on the mat. Enjoy!
