This class is entitled The Teapot Flow - tip me over, but don't pour me out! We'll be using a block to create more instability and do poses in a slightly different or new way than usual. What this will mean is that your more proximal or postural muscles are forced to fire to help stabilize your body. This is great work for both your body and mind! The point is to start to find more stability within the unstable situation both on your mat & in life.
