In this class, we'll focus on moving our breath into our back. Ideally, we want the breath to be able to move 360º around the ribcage. In reality, a lot of the time our breath moves forward more than circumferentially. So, in this class, we'll open up and focus on moving the breath backwards and into our sides to create and feel more spacious in the body. You can imagine that you had a balloon on your back that you're trying to blow up with your breath. Enjoy!
