In this class, we focus on creating stability in the outer hips. In particular the glute medius muscles. Their three main actions in the body are to create stability in the pelvis, internally rotate the leg, and abduct the leg (or move it away from midline). We'll work all of these and much more in this class. With that stability in our bodies, so much is possible!
