The Hamstring-Tricep Connection

In this class, we'll use our hamstrings (on the backs of the thighs) and triceps (on the backs of the upper arms) to create more strength, stability, and connection in the body so that we can move with more ease. There are some mirrored actions performed by these two muscle groups and it's fun to explore how they behave in our bodies to be able to use them to our advantage. Enjoy!
