Step Count

1h 3m
In this class, we will definitely be getting our steps in. I've had the experience many times over that I look at my fitness watch after a yoga class only for it to tell me I've done a total of 1-3 minutes of exercise, according to it. In this class, I put as many stepping-like movements as possible into the sequences so that you can get more credit from your watch for the work that you do on your mat. :) Step count suggestions are used to encourage people to get a certain amount of movement in their day to help them stay healthy, we know that healthy movement can encompass so much more than stepping and we'll get both stepping and a variety of other movements today. Enjoy!

Mobile Hips
In this class, we will mobilize our hips! We'll check in on what mobility we have and help ourselves build upon it. The hips are most mobile when the pelvis is neutral, so keep checking in on where your pelvis is in space while you move around the mat in a variety of fun and creative ways. Enjoy!...
