In this class, we focus on finding a neutral ribcage that the scapulae can connect to easily. We do this by moving the breath into the back ribs to help them soften into neutral where the shoulder blades can most efficiently connect to them. This results in a more supportive and spacious feeling in the body and more ease in moving the arms around. Enjoy!
