In this class, we focus on the pelvic floor. We'll energetically draw together the pubic bone, tailbone, and two sit bones to make the pelvic diamond. When we engage the muscles in this area of the body on an exhale and then move, we can create a greater sense of stability so that we can move with more ease. It's pretty cool. I hope you enjoy it!
