In this class, we'll be focusing on the hips! We'll move the hips in all 7 of their ranges of motion, which include: flexion & extension, abduction & adduction, internal & external rotation, and circumduction. You will have the best range of motion in all of these when starting from a neutral pelvis, so keep checking the orientation of your pelvis throughout this class. Enjoy!
