Today we'll focus on the placement of the hips as we move around the mat. Our goal will often be to square the hips in a certain direction and find a neutral pelvis. When we do this, our hips will have the most mobility because we'll have access to their full range of motion. We will also be able to access more strength in our core. It'll take work, but it'll be fun and rewarding.
