Slow flow is a slightly slower, more accessible class. In this particular slow flow, we explore circular movements in the body, in the shoulders, hips, and rotation of the spine. The shoulders and hips are the largest joints of the body and moving them in a circular fashion (circumduction) will leave your body feeling great. Rotation of the ribcage around the spine is a great way to create more space and freedom in the body and will allow you to breathe easier.
