This class is designed for all you runners out there, but it is also just a great all-around class. We'll focus on creating both strength & length where you need it if you're a runner so that you can operate at your best. In particular, we'll focus on the hips, hamstrings, quads, IT bands, calves, as well as, side body length. Whether you run or not, this class will serve you well. Enjoy!
