In this class, we'll use the metaphor of the washing machine to create a sense of freedom built on strength and connection to the core. We'll rotate both the pelvis & ribcage around the central axis. And we'll rinse & repeat of some of the movements in the sequence, allowing the brain to relax as you settle more into the familiar. Notice how this metaphor of the rinse cycle can really clear some space for yourself in your body.
