Part of the problem that we can have with our necks is that they tend to live out of a neutral position, in cervical flexion, with the head jutting forward as we work/play on our phones/tablets or do everything else in life. This class is designed using our hands for feedback to help us reconnect to a neutral position of the head. With that good starting place, we can already begin to experience some relief. And there’s more to come from there.
