In this class, we’ll create space in the thoracic spine, through rotations and side lengthening, as well as tractioning and massaging the neck to relieve tension in the neck and base of the skull. The ability of the thoracic spine to move and be mobile is crucial in allowing for a neutral, less tense neck.
