In this class, we'll work on mobilizing the hips & shoulders, as well as the spine. Mobility refers to movement at a joint. Whereas flexibility refers to the ability of muscles to lengthen. In this class, we'll focus on the mobility of the joints, but we’re also going to be working some dynamic flexibility of the muscles as we mobilize. Through mobilizing our joints we'll be able to maximize how great we feel and what we're capable of moving forward.
