In this class, I encourage you to listen to your body and adjust as you need so that you can create a practice that is best for you. That's as true in this class as it is in any class. These movements are fundamentally sound and based in deep study of movement biomechanics, but not everything works for everyone. So adjust and modify along the way as you need. Enjoy!
