In this class, we'll focus on both strengthening and stretching the muscles of the outer hips, particularly the gluteus medius muscles. These muscles tend to be weak on people, yet are very important for stabilizing the pelvis. They can also be tight and bog down ease of movement in the hip. You'll feel both more steady and more open from connecting to these muscles.
