In this class, we will pay close attention to how energy moves within our bodies. Good movement relies on an energy exchange so that you feel ready to do anything at any time. This is as opposed to shapes where energy doesn’t feel available or is leaking out of our body. In seeking a state of adaptability, as we do in LYT, having the ability to call on your own energy whenever you need it is key. Enjoy!
