In this class, we’ll work on spinal rotation without flaring the front bottom ribs. Instead we’ll work to get breath into the back bottom ribs. Each time you twist think of filling air or making space into the back bottom ribs on that side first before you create the twist. This should make twisting seem easier. Enjoy!
