The ability to alternate and reciprocate in the body are fundamental concepts to good movement. We will explore both of these within this class. We’ll alternate movements from one side to the other. The concept of reciprocal movement means when one part of the body does one thing, the other parts of the body respond. We’ll consider this more directly within this class. When you move one part of your body, how are other parts of your body involved? Enjoy!
