In this class, we play around with the concept of wilding - which is where you allow a cultivated plant to grow more wild, to start to break outside of the characteristics you want to control. Our LYT Yoga practice prepares us to be able to move with more exploration and more freedom from a place of strength. You'll have many opportunities to step outside the norm and find what works best for you. Enjoy!

Diagonals
In this class, we'll play around with diagonal movements. Our bodies are made to move on/in diagonals. The muscles of the body are primarily diagonally oriented. Moving in diagonals allows whole muscle chains to fire and for you to work on the optimal firing of the muscles involved. Enjoy!
