In this class, we work on core control through the imagery of a cross-stitch or X across the front of the body from one hip bone (ASIS) to the opposite front bottom ribs. We'll employ focus on maintaining this X whenever we're in a balanced position from side to side and, also, focus on only one of the diagonals when you have 1 leg forward. It's an interesting concept that may have a huge impact on your ability to find both space and stability in your practice. Enjoy!
