In today's class, we work to create opening across the chest so that we can be and feel open-hearted. Much of the time we might be sitting or standing in sub-optimal posture, which typically means that our shoulders are slumped forward. We'll work to counteract this habit in class, opening across the chest while engaging in the upper back and trying to get the shoulders centered in their sockets.
