In this class, we work on expanding the breath into the full container of the core. We want our breath to move not just in the belly, but all the way up to the collar bones. Our posture really affects our ability to breathe properly and fully. So, as usual, good posture and movement patterns are key. We'll work on creating space in the chest and opening up the ribs so that we can maximize our capacity to breathe and breathe well.

This class is inspired by the agitator in the center of the washing machine. We'll be rinsing out our bodies with rotation and movements that repeat (medleys). You'll have the opportunity to work on both dynamic stability and flexibility.
