Now is the perfect opportunity for us all to take a step back and assess what are our core values, who are the core people in our lives, and what matters most to us. And then ask ourselves the question, are we truly making those things the center of our life? We will work with this idea in twists during class today as we work to revolve around what matters. In twists we will work to create a neutral and stable pelvis, elongation in the spine, and rotation in the thoracic spine through the ribcage.
