Wouldn't it be nice if we just had a reset button somewhere? Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on your perspective, in order to renew and reset we have to put in the work to do so. In this class, we will strive to get the pelvis and spine into a neutral position and then move in a variety of ways designed to reset our body so that we feel a renewed sense of ability to face whatever life throws our way.
