Movement can be categorized into 3 different planes of motion - sagittal, frontal, & transverse. In this class, we explore what those planes of motion are. We move through a sequence in each of them and then combine them all into multi-planal movements. The truth is that our body needs to move in all of these planes in order to feel good. So this class should make that possible for you.
