In this class, we'll work to create freedom in our bodies. Freedom is having choice in our lives. There are times when we'll have more choice than others. Even when it feels like we have less choice, we can always turn to our bodies to feel free. Movement, and especially good movement, is healing and it is what our bodies crave.
