In this class, we work on reestablishing and retraining a neutral neck. Because we spend so much time on our phones and computers, we often end up with a forward head placement that takes the neck out of its neutral and most healthy position. This can cause a lot of tightness where the neck and skull meet. When we get it back into neutral, our body can move and feel more optimally. You may even be able to feel an energetic boost and release of tension simply from getting your head and neck back into neutral.
