Have you ever noticed how you're more intentional with the things in front of you but the things behind you or outside of your view can fall by the wayside? Well, not in this class. We'll be working on internal rotation of the back leg to create more power and intention in what's going on behind us. Internal rotation is helpful because it also creates more space across the low back. Enjoy!
