In this class, we'll be paying particular attention to our obliques. Our internal and external obliques form the middle layer of our abdominal wall. They are important for creating both side bending and twisting movements in our bodies. They also help create stability and strength in our core. We'll explore these muscles and what they contribute by observing them in action in class.
