In this class, we're working on keeping the core integrated throughout. I'll reference the idea of the abdominal brace, where you keep a degree of tone around the full circumference of the space between the pelvis & ribcage. The idea is that we're not only strong and integrated in our core when we are in a pose, but also when moving between poses.
