In this class, we'll focus on hugging into our midline, the line that runs down the center of the body dividing our right from left sides. We'll use a block between the legs for large parts of the class so that we can bring more awareness to hugging the legs in. That'll help bring more awareness to the strength and stability available from connecting to our midline. Enjoy!
