In this class, we will envision our diaphragm moving like a jellyfish moves through water. The diaphragm, our primary breathing muscle, descends and expands on the inhale, and ascends up into the ribcage on the exhale. The movement throughout the class are designed to mirror this movement to help you better understand how you breathe, optimize your breathing, and therefore, optimize your movement. Enjoy!
