Internal & external rotation are fundamental movements of the leg in the hip socket. The yoga practice itself has a lot of external rotation built into the shapes we make with our bodies. In this class, I intentionally incorporate more internal rotation into our movements. The result is more space across the back of the hips and into the low back. I think you'll love it!
