In this class, we will pay attention to where in our bodies we generate tension (strength) in order to make space. Good movement requires that we hold ourselves back at least a little somewhere, so we have somewhere to move from with power and grace. Being held back can feel like a bad thing, but it has the potential to create more space and freedom, if we allow it. Enjoy!
