In this class, we will work primarily with the legs in neutral or parallel. As someone coming from a dance background, working with the legs neutral was a shift and a benefit to me when I started yoga. I wanted to create a whole class where the legs are neutral to allow you the opportunity to experience what that feels like in your body. Enjoy!

Happy Hips
We'll be doing a lot of hip mobility work in this class to help you make your hips happy! We'll move both the legs in the hip sockets and the pelvis over top of the femurs to create mobility from several angles. Enjoy!
