Habits are important. They help to create and shape much of our daily lives. Some habits we form intentionally, while others we accumulate without much awareness. In this class, we aim to move our bodies in the best ways possible to encourage healthy habitual movement patterns both on and off the mat. And we have an opportunity to consider whether we are intentionally or unintentionally creating the life we want to live.
