In this class, we work to both lengthen and strengthen the hamstring muscles. If you ask the layperson on the street, they think that everyone needs to do more hamstring stretching. Not necessarily true. We want balance in our hamstrings, so they need to be both flexible and strong. This class will help you to accomplish that. Enjoy!
