In this class, we'll be working to create a strong connection between the shoulder blades and the back ribs. This is one of the four joints of the shoulder. The way we'll be doing this is by keeping the arms slightly in front of the body and pushing into resistance to help the ribs stay back in neutral while suction cupping the shoulder blades forward onto the ribs. This is a powerful and fun practice. Enjoy!
