In this class, we work to create stability in the pelvis by bringing awareness to the two front hip bones, ASIS's, and drawing them energetically toward each other, what I call buckling it up. Engagement of the muscles in this area helps us to find a neutral pelvis, which in turn allows for more mobility and freedom in the hips, as well as space in the low back. I think you'll love it!
