A lot of us have a head position that sits forward of neutral in our day to day posture. This can cause a lot of tension and strain in the muscles of the head, neck, and shoulders. In today's class, we work to relieve some of this tension and get the head and neck back into a neutral position. Your body will definitely thank you for putting in the effort in this class.
