In this class, we'll work on strengthening the muscles of the feet and focus our attention on the sensory feedback we receive from them. We'll also connect balance through the feet to our core musculature so that your whole body feels more stable and steady. You do not want to miss this! These techniques will help your balance both on and off the mat from this day forward.
