In this class, we focus on the rotator cuff muscles. These are four muscles within each shoulder that help to connect and stabilize the humerus to the scapula, the ball and socket joint of the shoulder. Our shoulders are the most mobile joints of the body, and to move well we need the rotator cuff muscles to help stabilize the shoulders. Throughout the class we'll focus on finding and maintaining a sense of the upper arm bones being centered in the shoulder sockets. It'll be educational and fun. Enjoy!
