In this class, we try to more fully embody our bodies. Many classes focus on a particular body part or movement theory that is the through line of the class. Instead, in this class, we simply create movement with our bodies and lean into the inherent wisdom of our bodies to figure themselves and the movements out. Lean into the concept of your body being a conduit of energy that moves around in space. See what fun you can have and how good you can feel. Enjoy!
