In this class, we move in the hips to help free them up. In our joints, we have something called synovial fluid. When we move, it becomes more fluid and our movements become smoother and easier. This is most true when we move our hips in a variety of ways, so be prepared for that in this class today. You'll get those hips hydrated and feel great!
